We are Open Monday through Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

At checkout, you would note that you are sending me a design via Etsy Conversation. Then select “Contact Shop Owner” and send me your file! Images can be EPS, JPG, TIFF or PNG. High resolution files preferred.

At checkout, you can enter the shipping address separately from your billing address if you wish your item to be mailed elsewhere. Shipping is calculated using your zip code in relation to mine as well as the weight and size of the item/items you have ordered. If the shipping seems extremely high, Etsy may have miscalculated in which case I will write up a reserve order for you and tally the shipping manually. This typically only happens with large quantity orders.

Yes we offer a discount for bulk orders- Polar Camels use the same innovative double wall technology, but are half the price of Yeti's. They look great too!

When/if you check out, you would just note the specifics of your order in the ‘note to seller’ box. I will get a proof to you within a few days. I work on purchases in the order I receive them.

Typically, we turn around product in a couple days. It helps to get right back to us with proof edits or approval and be looking for Etsy notification when a proof is ready for review. As the holidays grow closer, we recommend ordering early as our lead times WILL extend.

Once items are in the possession of the carrier you have chosen, the carrier assumes FULL RESPONSIBILITY of your package. I encourage all my customers to buy insurance if you are concerned your items could be lost or damaged. It is offered at checkout. HTC DESIGNS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Those claims must be handled with the carrier you chose to use directly.

Certainly! However, there are limits to what we can engrave, so always ask first before sending us your items!

We have a minimum of $20 for all items sent to us. Some will be more- it just depends on the scope and complexity of the project.

A simple cup is $15 for one-sided engraving- $20 for both sides to be engraved.
